Fees The district pays your tuition. Students are responsible for an application fee, student union and activity fees, and any textbooks or extra supplies. Please familiarize yourself with Vancouver Island University’s important dates. A student must withdraw before September 21, 2015 for the Fall semester and before January 15, 2016 for the Spring semester or the district is responsible for the remaining balance of the tuition.

Withdrawal Students wishing to withdraw must do so officially. This includes contacting the Dual Credit Advisor and the VIU advisor. You should also inform your high-school counsellor to ensure you are still meeting graduation requirements. Please kindly notify your VIU instructor. Please note that the last day to drop a course to avoid getting an “F” grade assigned is October 2015 for Fall Semester and February, 2016 for Spring Semester.

Assignments Students in the Dual Credit Enrichment program are required to submit a copy of their first university assignment to the Dual Credit Enrichment Advisor to maintain their Dual Credit status.
